Collapse of a small part of the wall at the Nola Gate
There's going to be the usual hysteria about this in the media (sigh), but can I just point everyone towards this video of the damage on You Tube. The collapse is not extensive, and I can't see that it's fair to blame anyone for it ...
From the images thus far posted, it appears that this area of the wall is covered with trees and vegetation. So, nothing to panic over, but a sad highlight of the amount of attention the city needs.
Walls fall. What's important is what is done to avoid and repair these.
