Look out for the new issue of Current World Archaeology - the website is not yet quite updated, but I have a copy of the August/September edition and can confirm that the highlight is surely two articles on Herculaneum:) (I may be somewhat biased, but we've tried to share some of the unseen results of the conservation project - and they are fun!)
The issue is actually an interesting overview of projects linked to the British School at Rome, so other articles look at Portus, Ostia, Castelporziano, the Tiber Valley, etc.
