Exhibition: Pompei e l'Europa 1748-1943
A new exhibition entitled Pompei e l'Europa 1748-1943 opens today at Pompeii and at the Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli. It features the installation of a pyramid in the amphitheatre of Pompeii containing the newly cleaned plastercasts of victims of the eruption.
