The British School at Rome has a very attractive new website which, as well as providing information about all the different BSR activities, contains lots of useful information about the Herculaneum Conservation project. This includes PDFs of published articles and conference papers. There's also a project bibliography, and information about the Herculaneum Centre.
The Herculaneum Conservation Project has its own website, of course, which also includes these resources - but this is only in Italian at the moment. So, if you don't know Italian, you should check out the BSR site. In fact, you should check out the BSR site anyway, because they've done such a good job of updating the website. It's really impressive.
